My approach aims to develop your self-awareness and emotional intelligence. By raising your awareness on your inner feelings we can often discover that we are experiencing psychological blocks. Together, we can explore and deal with these blocks in a constructive and non-judgmental setting allowing you to move more freely in life.
Methods I like to use:
Gestalt Therapy - A client-centered approach that helps people focus on the present and understand what is really happening in their lives right now, rather than what they may perceive to be happening based on past experience.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - A combination of talk therapy and behavioral therapy that focuses on modifying negative emotions, behaviors and thoughts; reframing them resulting in positive actions and outcomes.

I will get back to you asap in order to get some basic information about what you are looking for. This is also the time for you to ask any preliminary questions you might have. A talk on the phone usually takes 10-15 minutes.
If you then decide to try out a session we will arrange an appointment
I charge $100 (incl GST) per 60-minute session.
Payment may be made in cash or via internet banking.
Payment is due ON THE DAY of the session unless we have worked out an alternative agreement.
Part of our agreement in therapy is to commit to time with each other. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given and I can not fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. Thank you.
